I don’t know about you, but when I stay at a vacation rental that has a cute coffee bar… automatic 5 stars. Okay, well maybe a few more boxes need to be checked before they get a 5-star review from me. But I’d be lyin’ if I tried to pretend like a coffee bar didn’t make a difference in my rating. Is this because I’m a caffeine addict? Most definitely.
Should I probably try to cut back on my caffeine intake? Debatable. What I can say is this: as a fellow caffeine addict, I have the confidence that you can trust my opinion on what exactly you should include in your own Airbnb coffee bar.
This post is all about the items you should include in your Airbnb coffee bar.
In all honesty, including just a few basic items in your coffee bar will make a huge difference in your guest’s stay. If there’s one thing I’ve learned while being an Airbnb host, it’s this.. the little things make a BIG impact. Going above and beyond for your guests, usually in the simplest ways, is what truly makes them feel like you care about them and their stay.

Ok, now let’s get into the nitty gritty of exactly what you should include in your Airbnb coffee bar.
Coffee Bar Table
This Manor Park Farmhouse stand from Walmart (for less than $200!) is the exact piece we used for our coffee bar table. The glass doors offer a great space to store extra coffee mugs or dish ware. It’s a beautiful, elegant piece at a reasonably low cost.
Coffee Maker
This Keurig K-Duo Coffee Maker is a great option to have for your Airbnb guests! You won’t be shocked to learn that this is the coffee maker we chose for our coffee bar. This gives your guests the choice to make an entire 12-cup pot for the whole house (or for themselves… we don’t judge here) or brew a single cup at a time.
Tea Kettle
You can either purchase an electric kettle or a stovetop kettle (click the hyperlinks to shop great options on Amazon!) You honestly can’t go wrong with either one. Obviously if you choose an electric kettle, you can arrange it at your coffee bar with the rest of your items. One could argue this would really bring together the coffee bar ~vibe~.
Coffee Mugs
These clear coffee mugs from Amazon are the PERFECT addition to a coffee station! There’s not much to say besides the fact that they look adorable when out on display. Needless to say, these are a no-brainer.
Coffee Grounds and Coffee Pods
Guests will appreciate the effort and thought that is put into providing them with some basic grounds for their fresh Cup-o-Joe in the morning! Please know that there’s no need to go crazy and set out an entire 30 ounce can of Folgers for guests to indulge.
A great option for your Airbnb is to have individual coffee packs for guests to use (like the Sarasota Coffee and Tea Co. individual packs I’ve shown above!) This allows the coffee to stay fresh as long as possible (plus, if the current guests don’t use them, it’s fresh and ready for the next booking!) Don’t forget to set out some individual coffee pods as well if your coffee maker does both! I personally like this bundle of coffee pods from Amazon!
Assorted Tea
Just like the coffee ground and pods, your assorted tea doesn’t need to be anything fancy. As long as you are focusing on having a couple of different options for guests, you’ll be set! I suggest having a regular green tea and then another extra fun option. Of course, if you want to give guests multiple options then you do you, girlfriend! This assorted tea pack is a great option if you want variety.
Hot Chocolate Packets
Needless to say, it’s a great idea to have something on your coffee bar that is kid-friendly! Or friendly to those that would like a caffeine-free option. (Can’t relate.) Buy these hot chocolate packets I’ve linked for you above and set a few out for your guest’s stay.
Individual Creamer Packets
If you’re including coffee for your guests, it only makes sense to include individual creamer packets for them as well.. right?! Add a small bowl, or container, filled with a few creamer packets for your guests to enjoy!
Sugar and Cinnamon
Letting the guests add their own personal touch to their morning coffee makes the overall experience more fun for them! We added sugar and cinnamon to our station in order to give guests a little more variety! These spice shakers for your sweeteners are a great addition! Plus these little guys just look so stinkin’ cute next to your coffee maker!
Hosting on Airbnb is all about making your guests feel welcomed and special. Adding a coffee bar is one great way to do this! Add these items I’ve listed above and you’ll be sure to impress your guests! You’ll grow to find that putting in effort to do small things for your guests will make a HUGE difference in the long run! Don’t forget to add your own personal touches!
